LC Anderson names Roche as president
Boston, MA LC Anderson, a leading commercial HVACR solutions provider serving Greater Boston, has named Tom Roche as president. Roche previously served as chief operating officer and has been a key member of LC Anderson’s leadership team since joining the company in 2023. In his new role, he will lead the company as it continues to expand its capabilities, develop its team and build on more than 80 years of serving commercial and institutional facilities throughout the region.
“LC Anderson has a strong foundation built by generations of people who care about doing the job right, taking care of our customers and supporting one another,” said Roche. “I’m excited to build on that foundation as we continue developing our capabilities and creating new opportunities for our people to grow.”
Roche brings extensive commercial HVAC industry and leadership experience to the position. Prior to joining LC Anderson, he spent more than eight years with Limbach, where he served as Vice President and Branch Manager.
Under Tom’s leadership, LC Anderson will continue investing in the technical expertise and comprehensive HVACR services that have long been central to the company while further developing capabilities in areas including Building Automation and Controls, Building Assessments and Retro-Commissioning.
The company will also continue to benefit from its partnership with FirstCall Group, which provides additional resources, expertise and training opportunities to support LC Anderson’s growth.
“Our customers rely on LC Anderson to help them understand their buildings, solve complex problems and make informed decisions about their mechanical systems,” Tom explained. “As facilities become more complex, we have an opportunity to bring together service, engineering, controls, assessments and long-term planning to provide even greater value.”
Developing the next generation of LC Anderson employees will remain an important part of the company’s strategy. Investments in technical training, leadership development and career opportunities are intended to help employees grow alongside the business.
“Growth only works when our people grow with it,” Tom added. “We want to create opportunities for people to learn, take on new responsibilities and contribute in different ways as LC Anderson evolves.”
