DAI is over 50% complete with construction of 12 luxury condos at 246 Eastern Promenade Blvd. Completion is expected in spring 2027. The architect is RDS Architects.

DAI is 50% complete with construction of 37 condominium units in Bethel, ME. Completion expected spring 2027. The architect is THA Architects LLC.

DAI has completed construction of a 5,000 s/f fit-up for Casco Bay EyeCare at 33 Gorham Rd. in Scarborough, ME. The architect is Callender & Delaney Architects.
