McGarry of O’Brien Commercial Properties arranges $5.4 million office building sale

Westford, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties has completed the $5.4 million sale of 238 Littleton Rd., also known as Regency Park. The 50,000 s/f flex/office building officially sold on October 15, 2026. O’Brien Commercial Properties handled the leasing of the building for the better part of the last decade and ultimately represented the seller while helping procure the buyer.
