NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers sale of a 10,268 s/f retail building at 773 Southbridge St.

Auburn, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has completed the sale of the 10,268 s/f retail property located at 773 Southbridge St.. The property sold for $725,000.

The buyer, P&AK Family LP, also owns the adjacent shopping center at 771 Southbridge St. The buyer plans to redevelop the property, which is occupied by Auburn Fabric Outlet, as part of a broader redevelopment opportunity along the Southbridge St. corridor.

Mike Jacobs, principal, and Tim Whittredge, senior vice president, of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller, David Taylor, was represented by Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has been retained to market the property for lease and will be soliciting prospective tenants for the redevelopment of the half-acre site.

The property is located on a corner lot located at a traffic signal along Southbridge St., a commercial corridor with access to Rte. 20, I-290, I-395, and the MA Turnpike.
