Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represents Boot Barn in fifth CT location - 14,600 s/f

Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate’s (SCRE) Dan Neaton has represented Boot Barn in leasing its fifth Connecticut retail location. The nation’s western and workwear retailer has finalized a lease for a 14,600 s/f space at 581 Hartford Pke., situated within the Killingly Commons shopping center.

The new store will occupy the former Staples location, with construction and outfitting underway to open doors in time for the upcoming holiday shopping season.

This transaction marks the fifth successful retail site execution by SCRE on behalf of Boot Barn as the brand continues its strategic expansion across southern New England. Beyond the new Killingly location, SCRE has previously secured and executed leases for Boot Barn stores in Manchester, Milford, Plainville, and Waterford, Connecticut, as well as a location in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Boot Barn first entered the Connecticut market in 2022 with its inaugural location in Manchester. The addition of the Killingly Commons store reinforces the brand's commitment to providing regional consumers with convenient access to its premium product lines.
