One of the greatest opportunities as we look toward 2027 is helping development and equity partners navigate market uncertainty. With Massachusetts’ 2026 rent-control ballot initiatives creating uncertainty for investors, we’re seeing increased interest in diversifying portfolios through projects in New Hampshire, Maine and Connecticut. Creating a need for partners who can identify viable sites, make project costs work and guide teams through local approval processes.
