Where do you see the greatest opportunities in your market or area of expertise as we approach the end of 2026 and look ahead to 2027?

As we look toward 2027, we see opportunities in healthcare, higher education, housing and infrastructure, particularly as owners prioritize renovations, adaptive reuse and more sustainable spaces. Major public infrastructure investments across Massachusetts are also driving demand. While speculative office and life sciences construction will take longer to recover as existing inventory is absorbed, we expect Boston’s construction market to remain stable to modestly improve over the next 12 months.
