Blake Group Holdings, LLC has leased 9,600 s/f of showroom/office/warehouse space from Alexander-Russell Co., LLC at 470 Riverside St. Joe Malone, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers, and Greg Hastings, NAI/The Dunham Group, completed the transaction.
