Landmark Structures Corp., a leading full service general contractor/construction management Co., has been awarded a contract from New Boston Ventures to construct 18 affordable housing units for Brookford Dalin Dean Homes in Roxbury. The $4.3 million project, which is currently underway, will encompass 7 two-family buildings and 4 single-family buildings in the Dudley area. A summer 2009 completion date is anticipated. The Brookford Dalin Dean St. Homes Development project is a partnership of the city of Boston's department of neighborhood development, Dudley Neighbors, Inc., New Boston Ventures and Dudley St. Neighborhood Initiative. Steve Rigione of Stull & Lee Architects in Boston serves as architect for the project.
