Suffolk Construction Co. opens a Mid-Atlantic Division continuing its strategy of expansion and geographic diversification on a national level. Reginald Arnold, a 24-year construction veteran with a wealth of experience in the D.C. region, was appointed as the Mid-Atlantic Division's president and general manager.
In his new role, Arnold will establish Suffolk's business direction, strategy and new business initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Mid-Atlantic office is targeting building construction projects and clients in four main sectors: commercial, hospitality, multi-family residential and federal government.
"We are very excited that Reg Arnold has joined the Suffolk team. His strong relationships and local construction experience will surely help Suffolk emerge as one of the leading construction firms in the Mid-Atlantic region,"said John Fish, CEO, Suffolk.
"Having worked in the Mid-Atlantic construction market for quite some time, I am confident that our new Falls Church, Virginia office will play a critical role in Suffolk's regional diversification strategy."
Arnold joins Suffolk from HITT Contracting, one of Metro-Washington's most recognized general contracting firms. Arnold served as executive vice president, leading construction projects in every major market sector from federal government to hospitality and commercial base building.
