According to Cardente Real Estate, Maine Hits has leased 10,000 s/f of warehouse space at 6 Lincoln Ave. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Greg Perry of Cardente. Portland Pie Company has leased 17,500 s/f of warehouse space at 5 Lincoln Ave. This transaction was also brokered on behalf of the landlord by Perry.
