John Naughton, president of The Naughton Co., represented the seller, Newport Realty, LLC in the transaction. 956 Turnpike St. is an eight year old multi-tenanted 26,600 s/f office/showroom/warehouse building. The building was fully leased to three tenants at the time of the sale. New Dover Associates is now the exclusive leasing agent for 956 Turnpike St.
