Great Bay Buffet has leased 7,120 s/f of retail/restaurant space at 5 Piscataqua Dr. from Smokey Bones. Great Bay Buffet has a second location on South Willow St. across from the Mall of NH. Lisa Kane of The Kane Company listed and leased the space, in addition to procuring the tenant.
