Fletcher of CB Millett Realty leases 17,011 s/f

Kevin Fletcher, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty leased 8,976 s/f of retail/office space at 600 Turner St. to GSA/Social Security Administration. The SSA has relocated their office into the 38,600 s/f retail/service center. Also joining them is Planet Fitness, who has leased 8,035 s/f. Ryan Bishop of NAI The Dunham Group represented the SSA.
