Peter Scotti & Assoc. sells 58,500 s/f former nursing home for $1.15m

Peter Scotti & Associates sold a 58,500 s/f former nursing home building in Wayland Sq., at 140 Pitman St. for $1.15 million to Bronhard Realty. The sale closed in Dec. Peter Scotti represented the seller, HFS Realty Rhode Island LLC and James Moore of Scotti & Assoc. represented the buyer.
