Attorney Favicchio, a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University's School of Law, has 29 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate law, as well as other areas, and is a Spanish speaking attorney. He is licensed in Massachusetts and Florida. MSR Holdings LLC is the property landlord. Favicchio represented himself in the transaction.
