Fletcher of Coldwell Banker Millett sells 27,000 s/f Marketplace Mall

Kevin Fletcher, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty sold the 27,000 s/f Marketplace Mall at 675 Main St. to Marketplace Investment Group, LLC for $1.75 million. Auburn Marketplace LLC was the seller of the 100% occupied retail/office property. Fletcher represented both the buyer and the seller.
