Greg Dirmaier of J.L. Davis Realty leased a 5,000 s/f automotive products retail showroom at 46 Kellogg Rd. James Stead was the lessor and Fisher Auto Parts was the lessee. Dirmaier was the listing agent and Michael Simoneau of Hickok & Boardman Commercial Real Estate was the leasing agent.
