Scafati of Press/Cuozzo handles 3,000 s/f lease for Mt. Carmel Construction

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior advisor Albert Scafati has leased 3,000 s/f of a 30,000 s/f multi-tenanted commercial building at 370 State St. to Mount Carmel Construction, LLC. Scafati was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the tenant, Mount Carmel Construction, and the landlord, The Hurley Group.
