O'Neill of Nordblom negotiates 1.5 acre land sale at 829B Middlesex Turnpike

Nordblom Co. vice president Jim O'Neill negotiated the sale of a 1.5 acre industrial land site at 829B Middlesex Tpke. O'Neill represented both the buyer, Ron Donohue of Wilmington, Mass., and seller, Middlesex Development LP, in the transaction. Donohue, a contractor, will be constructing a 12,000 s/f build-to-suit office/industrial building that will be available for sale or lease upon completion.  Donohue has retained O'Neill of Nordblom Co. as the exclusive agent for the property.
