Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a neighborhood shopping center and former branch bank totaling 19,608 s/f retail at 446-450 South Main St. The sale price was $1 million. O,R&L represented both the seller, South Main Plaza Associates, LLC and the buyer, AKK-7, LLC.
