Clark and Geenty of Geenty Group arrange 4,000 s/f lease extension

Permanent Siding and Windows has signed a lease expanding from 1,600 s/f at 124 Pepes Farm Rd., to 4,000 s/f at 230 Pepes Farm Rd. William Clark of the Geenty Group, Realtors represented the landlord in the transaction, while Kristin Geenty, SIOR and president of the Geenty Group represented the tenant.
