Enterprise Rental Car, with more than 6,500 offices in the United States, Canada and abroad, has leased the 2,500 s/f building and parking area at 75 Madison St. from T Realty LLC. The property was previously occupied by Greyhound Bus Lines. Michael Jacobs and Peter Kovago, both principals of Glickman Kovago & Co. handled the transaction.
