Built in 1950 and renovated over recent years, the facility has visibility and access to the Revere Beach Parkway. Teleflex Medical will utilize the fully operational capabilities at the facility to produce its medical instrument products. Timothy O'Callaghan, vice president from the Binswanger Cos. represented Teleflex while the lessor, CF Realty Trust was self represented.
