Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the recent long term lease between The Gateway Center Office Complex and AIRS, a recruitment technology company. AIRS is a division of The Right Thing, with corporate offices in Ohio. AIRS is currently a 40 person division with growth expectations. The Gateway Center is a new 5 story, 56,000 s/f office complex, located on Rte. 120 off of exit 18 of I-89 and close to the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Centerra, a Technology Park created by Dartmouth College. The brick office building is currently being constructed by ICV of NH, the owner/developer. Occupancy of the facility is expected in early June. Along with AIRS, the Mascoma Corp., an ethanol research company will also occupy 3 floors. McLaughry Comm'l. represented the building owner and assisted the tenant.
