William Coyle, III, MAI, SRA has been appointed by governor Donald Carcieri to a second term on the Rhode Island Real Estate Appraisal Board, and has been elected to serve as chairman. Coyle is president of the appraisal firm Coyle and Associates and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
