The Bayside Medical Building, which is located at 235 Plain St., is a Class A 38,000 s/f medical office building. The subject was a 2,007 s/f suite which sold for $547,500. The seller was Betram Realty, LLC and the buyer was STS & JLS Properties, LLC. Mitchell was the sole broker.
