John McLaughlin, CCIM, CRE of McLaughlin Investments, Inc. has sold 103-111 Terrace Hall Ave. for $1.55 million. The site consists of a 21,600 s/f multi-tenant R/Flex NNN facility located within Burlington R District and in close proximity to Network Dr. and Northwest Park. The property services mid size office/R defense industry related tenants. Financing was provided by Northmark Bank, North Andover and environmental services by James Currier, EBI, Burlington. McLaughlin represented both buyer, Seaver Construction, and seller, TriTerrace, LLC.
