Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 274 Franklin St. for $175,000. Jerry Sigel sold the 12,490 s/f industrial building to Guani Romeo. The buyer intends to re-develop the property into retail and office space. James Glickman, principal at Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the seller.
