Glickman Kovago & Co. reps CVS - 1.8 acre lease

CVS Pharmacy has leased a 1.8 acre parcel at 44 West Boylston St. from EJR R.E. Trust.  Construction is to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007. The transaction was handled by Michael Jacobs and Jim Glickman, both principals of Glickman Kovago & Co.
