Steckler of Country Business, Inc. sells Winhall Market

Gregg and Franke Morrow have sold the 8,500 s/f Winhall Market to Lorraine Mazzarisi and Scotty Aquilino for $1.15 million. The building contains 3,000 s/f or retail space, 4,000 s/f of storage space and a 1,500 s/f apartment. The new owners have expanded the deli area, and replaced flooring and the porch deck The transaction was managed by Philip Steckler of Country Business, Inc.
