The Conrad Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 405 VFW Parkway, on behalf of the owner, Diven Properties. The property consists of a 12,500 s/f office building situated on 3.6 acres of land. The buyer has leased the facility to G. T. Wikinson, Inc., a leading supplier of industrial boilers and HVAC equipment.

Conrad was assisted in the transaction by Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group. The firm represented both sides in the transaction. The sale price was $2 million.
