Peter Billipp of The Kane Company represented the seller and also procured a buyer in the $1.35 million transaction "The buyer already has a number of stores in the area and I felt this location would complement the rest of his portfolio, so I introduced him to the site and he was very pleased," said Billipp. "Its going to be a very good location for him."
