Alan Neelans of Sperry Van Ness/ComVest Realty acted as the tenant representative for Yankee Spirits, Inc. Gator Investments of Miami, FL was the lessor. The leased space is approximately 29,000 s/f and is located at Swansea Crossing on Mall Rd. Neelans also served as a buyer's broker in procuring the liquor license and other needed licenses from DM corp. of Swansea. In addition to the Sturbridge location, Yankee Spirits also has locations in South Attleboro and Swansea.
