Bonica of Paramount completes $960,000 sale

Andrew Bonica of Paramount Partners, LLC has sold 148 Samoset St. for $960,000. The property was formerly home to the Sushi Joy Restaurant. The buyer, Henley Enterprises of Newton, Mass., acquired the property for the development of a new 4-bay Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility. Bonica exclusively represented the buyer, Henley Enterprises. Paramount Partners, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
