Seadia of IPS, Inc. brokers $400,000 sale of 7,452 s/f office building

Michael Seadia of IPS, Inc. was the sole broker in the sale of 15 Howard St., a 7,452 s/f one-story office building with approximately 5,663 s/f of land. The sale price was $400,000. The property was sold to Pao Brasil Bakery, Inc., Milca Lopes. Joan and Richard Downing were the sellers. The new owner will use the building as a Brazilian Bakery.
