David Fugitt, SIOR, senior vice president of John D. Hastings, Inc. commercial real estate of Westport recently represented Rende, LLC in the purchase of 2175 Dixwell Ave. The 10,930 s/f building on approximately 1.6 acres has a new long term lease to Rite Aid Pharmacy. The purchase price was $3.05 million.
