Klemmer represented the owner, while the tenant was represented by Cushman Wakefield of N.H. Graphic Dimensions is a leader in the printing/document management industry specializing in continuous forms and check printing. Founder and president, Jay Scammell said it "was a great opportunity for his company to establish a New England-base." They anticipate filling a void and ramping up quickly to take advantage of the skilled work force in the Monadnock region.
