STAG Capital Partners, a real estate firm, has purchased a 78,040 s/f office and manufacturing building. The building, situated on 6.08 acres at 37 Hunt Rd., is fully leased to Andrew Corporation, a global designer, manufacturer, and supplier of communications equipment, services, and systems. Patrick Cavanagh of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, RLS Realty, LLC, while STAG was represented in-house by Ted Norberg.
