Barry Dube and Joe Sciolla of CresaPartners in Boston represented Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in a lease of 24,647 s/f at 20 Church St. Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, a full-service law firm based in Boston, is expanding its operations in Connecticut and will occupy the entire 18th floor of the 416,501 s/f building. The new office will accommodate 44 attorneys. CresaPartners also managed a full range of project management services for Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, including space planning, negotiating vendor contracts, and coordinating construction and furniture. The landlord, Hampshire Company, was represented by Patrick Mulready from CB Richard Ellis.
