Whipple of Corvus Group leases 1,200 s/f to Pathways of Upper Valley

Tod Whipple, principle broker of Corvus Group, negotiated the 1,200 s/f lease with Pathways of the Upper Valley for space at the Summercrest Professional Building, 167 Summer St. The space, formerly occupied by SAU 43 Newport School District, will be used as a satellite office. Other tenants include West Central Services and Together We Grow Preschool. Corvus Group represented the owner Hospital Hill Realty. The 25,991 s/f building is 35% leased.
