The newly formed Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP resulted from the recent merger of LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP. LeBoeuf Lamb Green & MacRae LLP was one of the original tenants at 260 Franklin St. The landlord, 260 Franklin, Inc., was represented by Jason Cameron and William Collins of Jones Lang LaSalle.
