RK Associates has executed four retail leases at RK Easton Village, the Roche Bros. anchored plaza on Rte. 138. Totaling more than 17,000 s/f, the recent leasing activity raises the center's occupancy from 75% to 93%. The newly acquired tenants include Dollar Tree, TDS Studio, Touch of Design and PC Guyz. RK Associates purchased the 102,000 s/f property from an affiliate of Centro Properties Group in December of 2008. R.K.
