Barbara Vieira, CMCA, AMS has been a professional community association manager since 1988 and has been instrumental in spearheading the expansion of the CAI-NE chapter in the state of Rhode Island. In addition to serving as a member of the CAI-NE board and 2009 treasurer, she is an active member of the Rhode Island regional committee and Rhode Island Legislative Action Committee (RILAC).
