The Conrad Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 333 Columbia Rd. on behalf of its owner, Hanover Shop Realty Trust. Prominently located on Rte. 53 near the intersection of Broadway and Columbia Rd., the 14,000 s/f plaza was built in the '80s.
Present tenants include Mama Mia's Pizza, Great Cuts, Tanning Plus, 5th Ave Accessories and Dance Essentials. The new buyer, 333 Columbia Road LLC, plans to make some cosmetic renovations to the property this summer.
According to Dan Waldman, vice president of The Conrad Group, "This asset is highly desirable due to its excellent visibility and tenant mix. The new buyer owns other properties in the area and has an excellent reputation in the town of Hanover." Waldman spearheaded the transaction and represented both parties.
According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.635 million.
In another transaction, The Conrad Group negotiated the sale of 149 King St. on behalf of the seller, Robert Sennett. The 20,000 s/f single story building is situated on four acres of land.
Formerly occupied by Critech, Inc., the building is now vacant and will be occupied by the new owners, BMI, Inc.
Assisting in the sale were James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group along with Robert Conrad, president.
According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.225 million.
