Green Buildings
At Chapman, we're proud of having developed our own approach, free from traditional ideas about construction companies. We're also relentlessly forward-looking, constantly challenging our own systems to ensure that they provide the best service and results for our clients.
Most construction managers see projects as a relay-race: the Sales team hands you off to Preconstruction, who hands you off to Construction. Just when you get comfortable with someone, they're gone. Our clients work with the same Chapman team from concept to completion. We believe that this is the only way to provide the level of personal care and continuity that our clients deserve, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
The true test of a construction manager is how they perform when the project hits a snag, and this is an area in which Chapman really shines: while others are merely pointing out the problem (or pointing fingers), we're presenting solutions. And our design expertise allows us to come up with ideas that most CMs simply wouldn't consider.
When you have clients who have been with you for over a decade, you take a long view of all relationships. This attitude informs everything we do at Chapman: we don't want merely "satisfied" clients—we want clients who are happy and comfortable throughout the project and—most importantly—long after it's complete. How do we accomplish this? By holding ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, and quality. By making sure that, at every step of the way, our clients know everything that we know. By standing by our work.
