Cagenello of Prudential Connecticut Realty brokers 10,189 s/f $1.19 million sale

According to Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial Brokerage, 33 Hartford Ave. has been sold. The 10,189 s/f office building in Granby center was acquired recently for $1.19 million from Hartford Avenue Associates by Malcolm McGregor and Rachelle Cinque. Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial Brokerage in Avon represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
