United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 13 unit bank owned apartment building at 331-339 Douglas Ave., for $220,000 ($16,923 per unit). The transaction was handled by Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of the New England office, the residences were sold by Imperial Capital Savings to Andy Cotton in an all cash deal.
