The cast-in-place concrete super structure is complete and the masonry panels are being installed for the NYLO Warwick, a hotel being built at the corner of Knight St. and Greenwich Ave. The property will overlook the Pawtuxet River and is located 2 miles from the TF Green International Airport. Pro Con Inc. of Manchester, N.H. is the construction manager of the hotel and Forum Studio Inc. of St. Louis is the project architect. The project is being developed by NYLO Hotels LLC of Atlanta.
The 82,800 s/f, 164-room, five-story hotel will be the anchor tenant in the multi-use redevelopment of Pontiac Mills, a 19th century textile mill. The hotel project cost is $12 million.
The hotel's common area called, The Loft, has been designed to be a place where guests can relax, eat, drink, work or play. The centerpiece of the area will be its bar and restaurant. The hotel will also offer a 24-hour business center, comfortable library, game room, and several meeting rooms, as well as, a fitness center.

Pro Con began site work on the project in July 2007 and has scheduled a July completion date for the hotel.
