Pro Con Inc building new 3,600 s/f clubhouse and 1,200 s/f outdoor pool for Rosemont Sq. residential community
Pro Con Inc is building a new clubhouse and outdoor pool at Rosemont Sq., 99 Chestnut West. The residential community, which is owned by Chestnut West Associates, LLC and managed by Beacon Residential Properties Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Beacon Communities LLC of Boston, is comprised of garden style apartments. Mostue & Associates Architects, Inc. is the architect.
The new 3,600 s/f clubhouse, which will be centrally located on the community's 38 acres, will feature a state-of-the-art fitness room, juice bar, restrooms and Rosemont Sq.'s administrative offices.
As part of the project, Pro Con Inc will replace an existing outdoor swimming pool with a new 30' x 40' outdoor pool with extensive decking. Pro Con Inc will also provide additional parking, drainage, lighting and extensive landscaping.
Pro Con Inc began work on the project in August and has scheduled a December completion date. Rosemont Sq. is one of several multi-family residential projects Pro Con Inc is currently constructing.
Rosemont Sq. is an apartment rental community with first rate amenities. The 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes are located on 38 acres, with a natural pond and one mile of walkways.
